  1. read the manual
  2. 1kg/2kg max
  3. i would say 60-70%, this would be because steel weighs more than aluminium. Your steel parts would include, crank, rods, valves, bearings, bolts, water pump impeller, springs, retainers, oil pump and various odds and ends. It could have steel sleeves and valve guides too. Other than scrapping aluminium, why do you need to know? It would be different for any engine.
  4. you have to ask the manufacture engineer.it"s their secret trademark which public is not allow to know. it "s all about money!!!!!!!!
  5. you have aluminum head but i doubted if you have aluminum block just for the head may be around 20 to 25 lbs
  6. who cares
  7. Its easier to steal aluminium from a scrap dealers than work percentages. Its also more productive and remunerative. Next you'll be asking us for the melting points of steel and aluminium Or how to make sheets using flotation on molten steel.
