How to wash black stain from aluminium cookware? Is the stain aluminium oxide?

I use some aluminium cookware. They tend to leave black stain on countertop, table and plates. How can I wash those stain?

1. The best product I know of is called Soft Soap. Use a scouring pad on the outside. It'll be as good as new. Although, I rarely use that type of cookware, as it can transfer a metallic taste to many acidic foods. If you have discoloration in the pan, use 1 tbsp of lemon juice per qt of water and simmer until the discoloration is gone.
