  1. You can use aluminum foil in ovens, just not in microwaves.
  2. You can wrap a piece of sturdy cardboard in aluminum foil and use that for a cookie sheet. Just grease the aluminum foil lightly before you put the cookie dough on it. They will come out fine, brown sugar or not. I line my pans with aluminum foil a lot just to save on clean up.
  3. You will need brown sugar if the recipe calls for brown sugar. You can use regular granulated sugar, but you are going to have to figure out the measurements for that substitution. Like for example how many cups of granulated sugar would you use in place of one and a half cups of packed brown sugar. Yes you can use aluminum foil. But your cookies are not going to be even.
  4. yes you can but be very careful when removing them from the oven as the foil is not very sturdy and will fold on you and may mishape your cookies. As for the brown sugar, it might make a difference, you could always make up the dough and taste it...if it doesn't taste good raw it probably won't cooked...in MY opinion. I LOVE cookie dough though. :) If you need a simple recipe for cookies here it is.... 1 cup sugar 1 cup peanut butter 1 egg mix will drop by teaspoon fulls and mash flat with a fork. cook about 10 minutes on 350. Good Luck. I hope it helps. Bethany
  5. Awesome grammar... It will work fine. Just be careful getting it out of the oven.
  6. cardboard in an oven? doesn't sound safe to me, even covered in aluminum
