Does aluminium foil have any kind of isolation from the cell phone`s radiations ?

I mean, can you isolate a cell with aluminium so the radiations couldn`t effect you I personally think it`s hardly possible , but is there any chance...................................?

2. If you isolate a cell phone so it can give out no radiation then....it won't work. Its a radio device - it works by giving out and receiving radiation.
