Can we use aluminium foil for cooking in microwave oven?

Aluminium foil make any problem in electicall oven?

  1. Don't use it, it will cause a fire!! Not in a microwave. In an electric oven, yes it's okay.
  2. Only small amounts can be used (eg. wrapping an to boil it in a cup of water). Anything larger then no. It will spark and cause a fire

  4. Most new models of microwave ovens nowadays, allow metallic components. If you are not sure, don't use any metallic item no matter how small. Older models do not allow its use. When unsure...DON'T!!! It will damage your microwave oven permanently. Better safe than sorry!

  7. Any metal object like steel, aluminium. lead etc should never be used in microwave. If you use metal objcet and start microwave witnin a few seconds you will see lot of burning gas will come out soon you open the microwave door. So far I have not heard the use of metal objects in microqave recently So do not use metal parts.

  13. No metals are allowed in microwave oven. They catch fire. For electric oven you may use them.
