1. I think you mean a mylar blanket - also known as a space blanket or an emergency blanket. They do not have aluminum in them so if you've been looking online, that may be why you are having difficulty finding one. I would try a place where you might get camping gear, particularly for mountain climbing. You might have to order one and have it mailed to you. They are also used by emergency services and perhaps if you know of someone who does medical or rescue work they can send you in the right direction to find one.
