How can i make a more effective Aluminium Foil Deflector Beanie?

I have a limited amount of aluminium foil, making it very difficult to make a high quality Aluminium Foil Deflector Beanie. I need to know how to make one that will more effectively protect my brain waves. An Aluminium Foil Deflector Beanie may also be known as a "tinfoil hat."

1. Simply twist the foil into a couple of antennae and staple them to your head to hold them in place. This method uses much less foil than the conventional "beanie", and independent tests show it to be three times more effective.
2. Your temples are the most effective entry points for electromagnetic mind control rays. If you only have a couple square inches you should glue a couple patches over your temples. After the temples, the next most vulnerable area is the area right behind your ear lobes, so focus on that. Then comes the bindi area (a spot in the middle of your forehead, where some people wear colored dots for protection).

This problem was studied at MIT:- http://people.csail.mit.edu/rahimi/helmet/ They found that a tinfoil hat can actually INCREASE the intensity of radio waves at certain frequencies, and furthermore that these frequencies have been allocated by the FCC for government use! Coincidence? You be the judge!
