Aluminium foil?
When baking certain things you have to cover with aluminium foil. What does that help with, and what would happen if you didn't use the foil?

- Well, usually when you wrap things in aluminum foil it is to conserve the heat so that the food inside the foil doesnt get all weird and soggy and gross.
- One, it steams and keeps it from drying out. Two, it prevents over-browning.
- it helps keep the moisture in and keeps it from browning before it is baked inside.if you do not cover with foil i item will be brown on outside and dry inside
