i am a civil engineer & want to establish myself in steel structural field. what i've to do extra to get along?

i am a civil engineer & working as a steel structural engineer. its been thought that structural work is a part of mechanical engineering but instead of being civil engineer, i want to be in this field. what extra i've to do to get along well and establish myself in this field? please suggest me so that i can make my career. thank you.

1. my advice is to learn english first
2. you don't need to be a master in English to be a successful structural engineer. please note, Structural Engineering though common for mech & civil it primarily Civil Engineering subject only. acquire more knowledge in theory of mechanics and structural designing.
