What are the process involve in manufacturing of structural steel?

I am student. Working on manufacturing material. I exactly want to know what are the process involve in manufacturing of structural steel. For manufacturing structural steel what are the raw materials?Is it steel or crude materials? If it steel then what are the process which convert it into structural steel. Thnks
